What do I do if I have a PayPal account using euro and I want to switch to WePay?
If the residential address listed on your Yoyomolo account is in Canada or in the United States, you can convert to WePay in just a few clicks. However, since WePay does not support the euro currency yet, your euro PayPal account will be changed for a WePay account using canadian dollars (CAN$).
Simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your Yoyomolo account. Once on your dashboard, click on your first name in the top menu, and select “My PayPal account”.
2. Click on “Convert all my campaigns to WePay”.
Your payment account will automatically be converted to a WePay account that uses canadian dollars (CAN$) as its currency.
After creating your WePay account (it is automatically created when you go from PayPal to WePay), you will receive an email inviting you to complete the last steps required to activate your account.
Important: If you own a PayPal account that uses euro AND you live outside Canada or the United States, we are sorry to inform you that you aren’t eligible to own a WePay account. At the moment, WePay does not support accounts outside these countries. We will make sure to inform you as soon as new countries are supported by WePay.
