I want a refund of my donation
An error was made during the donation process on Yoyomolo?
Please contact Yoyomolo’s technical support team http://help.yoyomolo.com/technical-support/ indicating:
- the reason for the refund,
- the number and amount of the donation,
- your last name, first name and the email address used for your donation.
Note: If you are not satisfied with the campaign administrator’s use of your donation, please contact them directly by clicking on Contact Us on the campaign page.
Please note that the Stripe payment gateway fees are non-refundable. This means that if a donation is refunded, the costs are the responsibility of the campaign manager.
